Multiple phase project including both public and private improvements to develop a once heavily wooded, majorly encumbered 100-year floodplain site into an upscale commercial town center with multiple retail out parcels and 350+ unit multi-family component. The first phases consisted of a joint public detention & drainage improvement and private mitigation improvements to elevate the entire site above the 500-year floodplain. Subsequent multiple private phases of commercial development provided the necessary improvement to bring the town center to life. Extensive and frequent coordination between the Client, MUD, Architect, Landscape Architect, Traffic Consultant, and Surveyor can contribute to the successful execution of this project!
