Mr. Handal has over twenty-two years of experience providing civil engineering services in design, project management, and construction administration to land development and municipal clients. Having graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in civil engineering, Mr. Handal has worked on numerous projects involving new and existing developments in the greater Houston area.

His expertise includes project management, design, and construction of rehabilitation of existing water, sewer, drainage, and paving facilities for residential subdivisions. He has served as District Engineer for several districts in Harris and surrounding counties and as project manager for the City of Arcola Water Distribution System and City of Houston local drainage projects. He also serves as a Board Director for Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 35.

Mr. Handal enjoys serving his municipal clients and establishing long-lasting relationships with his clients and co-consultants. His approach to client service is always to put the client first and look out for their best interest.
