Mr.  Laria is a licensed civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in residential and commercial projects. Currently based in Houston, Texas, Sandy has a proven track record in engineering design, permitting, and project coordination across diverse sectors.

Since 2013, Sandy has served as a Civil Engineer, leading the design and coordination of wet utilities, grading and erosion control plans, and land survey documentation. His work regularly involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure technical accuracy and code compliance.

Earlier in his career, Sandy honed his drafting and design skills by delivering technical plans and energy calculations for over 500 residential projects, conducting site visits, and managing permitting processes.

Sandy is highly skilled in hydrology, low impact development (LID) systems, earthwork modeling, lighting design, and technical document review. He has extensive experience using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Storm and Sanitary Analysis, WaterCAD, and HydroCALC.

A Cum Laude graduate of California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Sandy holds professional engineering licenses in both Texas and California. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to every project he leads.
