Jennifer’s journey in Civil Engineering began after enrolling in CAD Design classes to earn an Associate of Applied Science degree. Soon after, she obtained her first job as a CAD Technician. While working on various projects, she showed a strong grasp of design principles and attention to detail, which quickly facilitated her rise to the role of Designer.
Over the course of her 17 years of experience, Jennifer has showcased her versatility by successfully working on a multitude of single-family and commercial projects, as well as civil infrastructure for oil and gas facilities. Her exposure to these diverse projects has significantly broadened her understanding of design challenges and solutions.
Currently, in the role of Design Manager, Jennifer coordinates with P.E.s, E.I.T.s, and CAD staff to meet client deadlines, oversee detailed design, and work with agencies to gain approvals for project designs.
