Javier has always been interested in a career in engineering, as is demonstrated by his diverse background spanning over 34 years in areas such as traffic engineering, transportation, permitting, subdivision planning, public and private infrastructure, and land development. Javier began his career in Boston and then moved to Houston, where he has focused primarily on land development, working on single-family residential and commercial projects.

Javier has worked on small single-family projects to large master planned communities in feasibility, design, construction administration, and project management, providing positive outcomes to the client’s wishes and expectations. His clients have included private developers, local cities and counties, municipal utility districts, and others. The projects have been in the general Houston area within the City and surrounding towns and counties. His exposure to different communities and various clients and projects enables Javier to understand a project’s needs and find solutions that help a project succeed.
