Originally started as a Mechanical Engineering major at Texas Tech. I had taken a break and found my way into a drafting job with a Structural/Civil Engineering firm, working on custom home projects, working top down from the framing plans to drainage plans. It did not take long to find enjoyment within the company and the type of work. I found the UT Tyler Houston camps 10 minutes down the street, which allowed me to switch majors and continue schooling while on the Job. Through a confluence of events, including the company’s reverse merger, the school’s pace, Harvey’s demand, and the flooding of past years. Had the great opportunity to grow and learn within the creation of a site development department starting from 6 people growing to a company of 50 and a department of 10 with projects ranging from restaurant, retail, office, single family townhomes, multi-family, warehouse, and redevelopment projects within primarily Houston but branching out throughout the greater Houston area and a couple outside as far out as west Texas.

This opportunity led me to Odyssey, where I gained a diverse range of project and jurisdiction experience, ready to tackle any project that comes through.
