After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with a Civil Engineering Degree, Charlie decided to move back home in the Houston area to begin his Engineering career.

With more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure design and project management, Charlie brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced in the private sector. As the Site Development Group Manager, Charlie leads a team overseeing projects from award through construction and project closeout.

His experience includes managing projects across various industries, including commercial, retail, hospitals, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, multi-family, petroleum/chemical plants, and large, intricate corporate campuses for oil and gas companies. He is extremely knowledgeable about design criteria and the regulatory requirements of both local and federal agencies. He is an asset and resource to clients, providing clear direction and resolution to engineering and design challenges.

He and his wife, June, along with their three children, Benjamin, Alex, and Ellie, have settled in Richmond, Texas. Charlie and his family love traveling and attending sporting events, and they are actively involved in the Fort Bend County community.
