Alby’s path in Civil Engineering was shaped by a deep-rooted inspiration from her mother, who was also a civil engineer. After earning her Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from Kannur University in India, Alby began her career with a focus on residential land development, where her precision, problem-solving skills, and dedication to quality design quickly became evident.

Over the course of her 10-year career, Alby has served in both Design Engineer and Project Engineer roles, contributing to the successful planning and design of numerous single-family residential developments across the Greater Houston area. Her technical expertise includes the design of paving, drainage, grading, water, and sanitary sewer systems, with an emphasis on constructability and coordination throughout all phases of a project.

Alby joined Odyssey Engineering Group in September 2023 and currently serves as a Design Manager, collaborating with Professional Engineers, E.I.T.s, and CAD technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality design plans. She oversees detailed engineering efforts, supports permitting processes, and helps drive projects toward timely approvals—all while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Alby earned her Professional Engineer (PE) license in 2023 and continues to bring dedication, precision, and leadership to every project she supports.
