Brian is an accomplished land surveyor with expertise in boundary, route, topographic, and construction surveys. He has led major land development projects, including subdivision platting and recordation, and brings extensive experience working with the City of Houston, Harris County, and multiple regional agencies on both public and private engineering initiatives.

Previously, Brian was managing partner of a Houston-based land surveying firm for 26 years, where he supervised multidisciplinary teams, oversaw the preparation and review of plats, CAD drawings, and legal descriptions, and ensured the highest standards of quality and boundary resolution.

Brian has partnered with clients, developers, engineers, architects, and educational institutions to drive project success and guide long-term development planning. His work across the Houston region and Texas gives him a unique blend of technical acumen and client-centered insight.
