Afton Hlavaty brings over a decade of experience in single-family residential land development across Waller, Fort Bend, and Harris counties. She specializes in project planning, site design, permitting, and construction management, with a focus on delivering practical, efficient, and regulatory-compliant solutions.

In her role as Project Manager, Afton oversees projects from early design through final construction. She works closely with clients, engineers, and local agencies to ensure projects move forward and stay on track. Known for her clear communication and organized approach, Afton helps ensure that each project meets both technical requirements and client expectations.

Outside of work, Afton enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as staying active in her community through youth sports, church, and volunteer work.
