Ms. Peters became a Principal of Odyssey Engineering Group in 2026 after almost seven years of working at Odyssey. She is thrilled to join Megan and Justin in their tenth year as founding Principals.

Angie has wanted to be an engineer since the 7th grade, when she won a math and science award from the Society of Women Engineers. Earning a degree at Texas A&M was a given, as this was the college her father, uncle, and sister attended. She started her engineering career on the public side, with internships at TxDOT and, upon graduation, at the Harris County Engineering Traffic Department.

When given the opportunity to transition from the public to the private sector working in land development, she jumped at the chance. Angie started designing single family land development projects, which naturally led to working with municipal utility district (MUD) clients. In her 30-year career, she has served as District Engineer for MUDs in Austin, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Montgomery, and Waller counties. Her focus at Odyssey Engineering Group is MUDs and public agencies, and she currently serves as a MUD Board Director in Harris County.
