Megan L. Crutcher, P.E., CFM


Ms. Crutcher’s passion for civil engineering began with an interest in Hydrology and Hydraulics, and her initial career started there. After a few years, Ms. Crutcher began working in Land Development, with an emphasis on Master Planned Communities. 


Megan has worked on a variety of projects, ranging in topography and size, from sites smaller than one acre to greater than 2,000 acres. She was project mangager for two highly successful MPCs within the Houston area.


In addtion, Megan has worked on many Low Impact Design projects within the Houston and surrounding areas.  Her Development projects have ranged in location and governing agencies, such as Harris County, Brazoria County, Fort Bend County, City of Houston and the City of Manvel. The variety of projects has provided her with the opportunity to learn the components that are required to take a development from start to finish, as well as how to work successfully with all types of people to create a prosperous development.

Mr. Ring focuses on the people of the industry, rather than only worrying about the numbers of a project. His expertise is single-family residential developments with an emphasis on smaller communities. Mr. Ring has worked on residential projects throughout the Greater Houston region, including Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Montgomery Counties.


Justin is a leader in the Houston engineering community on utilizing Low Impact Development “LID” design techniques and how it can be implemented to enhance the operations and appearance of developments throughout the region.  He is a frequent speaker at conferences around the state of Texas regarding LID and how it can be implemented in the design of Gulf Coast area projects.


His background in land development is enhanced by his diverse experience as a consulting engineer for municipal utility districts (MUDs). Having served as the engineer for numerous MUDs throughout his career, Mr. Ring has earned a strong reputation throughout the industry, including board directors, consultants and the state agencies.


Justin is an active member of the Fort Bend County community serving in many local organizations and associations that support the community where he, his wife and children have grown strong roots.
